Andy was on point again! Fixing our Miele dishy fast and with good nature. Not the first time we’ve used him, and he’ll sure be our first call for any future dishwasher or oven issues.

Andy fixed my 7 year old Miele dishwasher with incredible efficiency and professionalism. Furthermore, I thought his bill was exceptionally reasonable . I’ll have no hesitation in calling on Andy again to attend to any future problems with my appliances. Also I would highly recommend Andy to anyone else who is looking for a competent, reliable appliance repair technician. He even meticulously cleans up after the job!

Your post on hardness and setting the dishwasher setting was brilliant, just don’t understand why Miele customer service can’t be as helpful.

I just had to say thank you. It is so delightful to have a trady who knows his stuff, is quick and efficient with a bonus amazing sense of humour. The problem was simply fixed. Very impressed with a couple of attachments and a lap top which guided him to the solution
In the process I learned about washing powders and how to use and look after my new Miele washing machine. Better than any shop salesman.
I loved Andy’s idea of having a separate instruction manual for men and women with a few inviting graphics and an option for the online version with even more enticement to read. Who reads instruction manuals without some kind of enticement like how to use your new Miele appliance in 50 shades of grey!

Andy arrived a little earlier than expected but he did contact as he was leaving his previous appointment so l was able to dash home and let him in.Within minutes of arriving he identified exactly what the problem was and offered me a couple of solutions. He has a thorough knowledge of Miele dishwashers. My dishwasher is 18yrs old and he knew exactly what the problem was and explained all the various features of my very own old dishwasher. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy.

I originally thought you might be redundant , Miele quality etc. But very grateful you were able to save the day and all the helpful advice as well. Not just an excellent technician. All very much appreciated.
