In the process I learned about washing powders and how to use and look after my new Miele washing machine. Better than any shop salesman.
I loved Andy’s idea of having a separate instruction manual for men and women with a few inviting graphics and an option for the online version with even more enticement to read. Who reads instruction manuals without some kind of enticement like how to use your new Miele appliance in 50 shades of grey!
Andy arrived a little earlier than expected but he did contact as he was leaving his previous appointment so l was able to dash home and let him in.Within minutes of arriving he identified exactly what the problem was and offered me a couple of solutions. He has a thorough knowledge of Miele dishwashers. My dishwasher is 18yrs old and he knew exactly what the problem was and explained all the various features of my very own old dishwasher. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy.
I originally thought you might be redundant , Miele quality etc. But very grateful you were able to save the day and all the helpful advice as well. Not just an excellent technician. All very much appreciated.

On top of that your rates are unbelievably reasonable – almost embarrassingly so!
The only pity is that, given the quality of work you do, I probably won’t be needing you again for a couple of years!

Hi I have just purchased a new Miele dishwasher in perth and cannot find out my water hardness anywhere so I can set my machine up with. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you kindly
Thanks Andy for professional and ethical advice about what to do with our dryer. Instead of simply charging to replace a broken part he looked at the entire machine and advised replacement (and explained what we had been doing wrong). In sharp contrast to our previous (expensive) experience.
Andy is ace. Thought everything through and came up with thoughtful fixes for problems with both our Miele ovens even though one appeared to be unfixable.
After foolishly googling Miele and getting shonks out who didn’t fix the problem, charged too much and told me the cockroaches have probably eaten through the electricals of my 3 year old dishwasher and I would need a new one, I rang the number on the Miele invoice. All that was needed was to unblock a pipe. Andy is meticulous, reasonably priced and knows his job. More importantly, he has integrity. He also provided advice on how to save money with dishwashing powder.
